Sanhua International is looking for a Sales Associate to join our Residential Business Unit. This person will be responsible for daily sales administrative, program management, and data analysis tasks and assignments. This position will work closely with Account Managers, assist, and learns the responsibilities and products of the company. We are looking for self-driven, fast learning, and detail-oriented team players who want to grow his /her professional skills.**Responsibilities**:- Establish contacts and intercompany communications with teams in China and Mexico counterparts to facilitate fast responses- Conduct certain market research and customer analysis and submit reports accordingly.- Keep track of market forecasts and customer demands, doing data analysis and visualization to support smart material planning as well as a production plan, sales forecast, and AR tracking.- Assist team to coordinate and secure sufficient supply of key components.**Skills**- Proficiency in Mandarin, Fluent in English- Solid communication and interpersonal skills- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus- Preferred academic background: Business Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Logistics Management, Marketing**Requirements**:- 1-2 years experience selling a product or service- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field- Spanish is a plus- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships- Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite9UVpqV8yGe
