This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability and performance of our critical systems, and providing expert technical support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network engineering, server administration, and IT service management. Job Responsibilities \* Design, implement, and maintain robust network architectures and infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. \* Manage and administer servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. \* Implement and oversee configuration management processes and tools to ensure consistency and compliance across all IT systems. \* Support and administer cloud computing environments, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of cloud-based resources. \* Provide expert technical support and incident resolution for network, server, and infrastructure-related issues. \* Implement and maintain IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, including incident, problem, and change management. \* Participate in the planning, evaluation, and deployment of new information technology infrastructure solutions. \* Conduct regular performance monitoring and capacity planning for network and server environments. \* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, configurations, and procedures. \* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions with business operations. \* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices in IT infrastructure and cloud computing.
