Worldwide Representative Commissions Accountant

**Career Area:**:Accounting**Job Description:Possible areas of responsibility are varied and of medium complexity including:- Financial accounting, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations- Internal management accounting- Development and maintenance of internal controls and procedures- SOX Compliance, assistance with Audits- Communications with internal and external customers- The accountant will demonstrate knowledge and ability to independently handle accounting issues.- They will demonstrate good communication skills.**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting- Overall GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, organization and planning expertise, analytical and problem solving skills, leadership ability, and computer literacy- Able to understand and communicate in English language with clarity**Preferred**Accounting experience in one of the Big 4 accounting FirmsERP SYSTEM EXPERENCIEMEDIUM TO EXPERT LEVEL PROFICIENCY WITH MICROSOFT EXCELABLE TO LEGALLY ENTER THE USA FOR MEETINGSCaterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).Not ready to apply?
