We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Pump and Dredge Sales Engineer to join our team and drive our sales efforts by leveraging their technical expertise.As a Remote Pump and Dredge Sales Engineer at EDDY Pump, you will play a critical role in understanding customer needs, providing technical expertise, and recommending the best pump and dredge equipment solutions. You will be responsible for interpreting and developing pump curves, specifying equipment, and ensuring that our products meet the exact requirements of our customers. This role demands a deep technical understanding of pumps and dredging equipment, along with a strong sales acumen.**Key Responsibilities**:- Engage with customers to understand their specific project requirements and provide expert recommendations on pump and dredge equipment.- Read, interpret, and develop pump curves to accurately specify and select appropriate equipment.- Specify and recommend suitable pump and dredge equipment based on project specifications, operational conditions, and customer needs.- Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and presentations that align with customer expectations and project goals.- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure selected equipment meets performance and quality standards.- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process, including post-sales support as needed.- Participate in virtual meetings, presentations, and technical discussions with customers and internal teams.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales activities using CRM software.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in pump and dredge engineering, with a strong understanding of pump curves, equipment specification, and dredging operations.- Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and develop pump curves.- Strong technical sales experience with a proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Self-motivated, proactive, and able- Strong English Skills
