We are experts in thefields we operate in, investing in training, science, innovation, and technology, and affordingour employees opportunities for growth and development.**Job Summary****Key Responsibilities****Order Fulfillment & Operations**- Supervise daily operations related to order picking, packing, labeling, and shipping.- Monitor and maintain SLAs for order processing and dispatch timelines.- Manage real-time order volumes using e-commerce logistics platforms and dashboards.**Inventory Management**- Oversee inbound receiving and put-away of products from suppliers or cross-docks.- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy in WMS/e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.).- Conduct regular cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.**Team Supervision**- Lead a team of warehouse associates (pickers, packers, loaders) across multiple shifts.- Recruit, onboard, and train new staff on warehouse and e-commerce tools.- Schedule and monitor labor productivity to meet peak volumes (e.g., Hot Sale, Buen Fin).**Process Optimization**- Identify bottlenecks and propose workflow improvements in packing, sorting, or slotting.- Collaborate with IT or systems teams to automate routine processes.- Use data from dashboards and KPIs to improve warehouse throughput.**Safety & Compliance**- Ensure compliance with NOM safety standards and LFT (Ley Federal del Trabajo).- Implement ergonomic best practices and ensure use of PPE.- Report incidents and lead safety training sessions.**Customer & Vendor Coordination**- Liaise with customer service to resolve fulfillment issues or returns.- Coordinate with third-party couriers (e.g., Estafeta, DHL, Mercado Envíos) for pickup scheduling.- Support returns processing and restocking workflows.**Qualifications****Required**- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related.- Minimum 4 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience, with at least 1 year in e-commerce.- Knowledge of WMS and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Odoo, NetSuite).- Spanish fluency required; basic English preferred for communication with tech and vendor teams.**Preferred**- Experience with last-mile logistics, fast-pick environments, or seasonal ramp-ups.- Lean/Kaizen or Six Sigma experience is a plus.- Data literacy - able to use Excel, Google Sheets, and BI dashboards to make decisions.**Working Conditions**- Work is based in a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment center.- Requires flexibility during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, flash sales).- Physical requirements: standing, lifting up to 25 kg, working in a fast-paced environment.**Compensation & Benefits**- Competitive salary with performance bonus potential.- Legal benefits (IMSS, vacation, aguinaldo) per Mexican labor law.- Optional benefits: food vouchers, transportation allowance, private medical coverage.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- warehouse supervisor: 4 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Work Location: In person
