**What You Will Be Doing**:- Utilize artistic and technical skills to work on all aspects of CG images/animations, including but not limited to: layout, asset creation, lighting, texturing, PBR materials and workflow, and scene optimization.- Competency in high and low poly workflows, mapping, and post-production.- Collaborate closely with leads and team members to create high-quality assets within a given timeframe, while maintaining consistent communication to monitor progress and remain receptive to feedback.- Work in collaboration with internal and external Art Directors, Producers, Interior Designers, and Artists in multidisciplinary teams.- Evaluate and help solve performance concerns for all projects in the pipeline.- Creating and maintaining documentation for technical pipelines, workflows, and asset templates.**Wellbeing Means so Much More than Benefits**:**We value our employees' well-being at Steelcase and offer several resources to support their health, work, and personal needs.**- ** Employee Assistance Program**, which provides immediate and confidential help 24/7 for any problem related to health, work, or personal life. Acting as responsible for image and asset creation, they will provide expert knowledge of processes and services for customers and internal partners. Experience in architectural visualization is desirable.**Minimum Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree preferred in Architecture, Animation, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or similar.- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.- Proven experience in creating high quality renderings.- Relevant portfolio of recent work.- Professional English level.- Professional experience using 3ds Max + V-Ray, Photoshop & After Effects is required**Desired Skills and Experience**- Experience creating 3D content ranging from single assets to full-fledged digital environments.- Create photorealistic 3D environments for rendering and animation.- Create realistic high quality 3D models and materials.- Ownership of technical processes with high level of creativity & independence, requiring little instruction.- Adress work revisions as directed.- Willingness to explore and adopt new software and production processes.- Demonstrate creativity and efficiency in time management, as well as the ability to perform well under pressure.- Understanding of architectural drafting and modeling, and excellent eye for image composition.- Strong communication skills (visual, written, and verbal).- Ability to multi-task, negotiate, and establish workload priorities with multiple projects simultaneously.- High level of commitment.- Must know how to work independently with remote teams.**Who We Are**:- Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
