**Job Description: Social Media Creator****Location**:Guadalajara**Wexpand History**:At Wexpand, we connect talent with opportunities. We're looking for someone who shares those values and can translate them into compelling designs.**Key Responsibilities**:**Content Production**- Produce 12-15 custom Reels for primary channels- Create 10 custom Reels for partner/affiliate channels- Design 5 carousel posts monthly- Manage daily Instagram Stories- Develop and maintain a monthly editorial calendar- Write scripts, structure stories, and edit full videos- Write captions, hashtags, and copy for all content- Oversee brand consistency and content quality- Note: staff will assist with filming and content collection. Raw footage will be stored in a shared Dropbox folder updated weekly._**Collaborations**- Coordinate a minimum of 10 content collaborations monthly- Conduct outreach to influencers, creators, and partners aligned- Collaborate with relevant organizations- Deliver a monthly report including collaborator list and engagement outcomes**Platform Management & Optimization**- Remove outdated or irrelevant content from platforms- Provide strategic oversight for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok- Focus on growth and repair of social channels**Strategy & Oversight**- Align all content with final direction and approvals- Participate in monthly planning sessions for campaigns and assets- Conduct weekly check-ins to manage content flow and deadlines- Submit monthly analytics reports covering:- Follower growth per platform- Engagement metrics (Reels, Stories, Carousels)- Link clicks and donor conversion rates- Collaboration performance summary- Deliver high-level bi-monthly reports to support board preparation**Brand Standards & Storytelling**- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone: authentic, hopeful, bold, and human-centered- Emphasize storytelling that conveys dignity, transformation, and community- Visual style should reflect:- Documentary tone- Handheld footage- Cinematic pacing and raw edits**Qualifications**:- Advanced English (C1,C2)- 2-5 years of experience in social media content management**Soft Skills**:- Creative storytelling and content ideation- Strong communication and collaboration- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively**Technical Skills**:- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro)- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)- Experience with content planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite)**Schedule**:- Monday to Saturday Onsite from 8am to 5pmTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
