Empresa Startup esta en busqueda de su proximo Tech Lead/Full Stack Engineer**Requisitos**:- **Tener experiência como Tech lead/FullStack minumo de 3 años.**- **Dominio del indioma Ingles conversacional.**- **Más de 3 años de experiência comercial con versiones PHP 7+**.- Tener experiência en StarTup de preferencia.- Historial comprobado de liderar equipos de ingeniería de proyectos exitosos durante un mínimo de 3 años.- Sólido conocimiento de la programación orientada a objetos y escritura de código simple y limpio.- Conocimiento avanzado de la arquitectura tanto a nível teórico como práctico.- Fuerte conocimiento de los patrones de diseño de código, principios SOLID, DRY y KISS.- Experiência con el framework Laravel.- Experiência con bases de datos PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, optimización SQL.- Experiência práctica con integraciones de API externas al proyecto.- Comprender Microservicios, DDD, Event Sourcing, CQRS.- Experiência con Docker y Docker-Compose.- Experiência con PHPUnit y pruebas.- Habilidades analíticas y orientadas a los detalles excepcionales.- Experiência con AWS.- Se siente cómodo con Slack, Airtable, Notion, ClickUp y control de versiones.- Licenciatura o superior en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Aprendizaje Automático o un campo relacionado.Ofrecemos:- **Rango salarial: $80,000-$90,000 MXN bruto mensual, determinado en base a tus capacidades, idoneidad y experiência.**:- Lugar de trabajo: Polanco, CDMX, 4 días presenciales, con día viernes remoto**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Cuantos años tienes de experiência como Tech Lead / Full Stack?- Tienes minimos de 3 a 4 años con PHP?- Tienes nível de ingles de B2 a C2 (Conversacional)?Work Location: In person
