If you are eager to be part of a world-class team and gain invaluable experience in the IT industry, we encourage you to apply.**_What You Will Do: _**- As an IT Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Information and Technology team.- Assisting in the management and organization of IT documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and reports.- Collaborating with IT professionals to run and analyze weekly reports, tracking project progress, and highlighting any deviations from the plan.- Assisting in data entry and analysis, helping to maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and hardware inventory.- Supporting the IT team in troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate team members.- Assisting in coordinating IT meetings, training sessions, and other IT-related events.- Assisting in setting up and configuring hardware and software for new employees.- Supporting IT professionals in conducting research on emerging technologies and industry trends.- Contributing to IT-related internal projects and initiatives focused on process improvement and efficiency.**_Your knowledge, skills, and abilities: _**To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- A student from Systems Engineering, Information and Technology, Computer Science or related- Basic knowledge of Information Technology principles, concepts, and technologies.- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and IT-related tasks.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.- Enthusiasm and passion for IT and a desire to grow in the field.**_Nice to have:_**- Basic Knowledge of Azure AD and ITIL MethodologiesThis is an internship position with an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in Information Technology tasks and processes.
