As an Operations Analysts you will manage the maintenance and support of Global Infrastructure Support technology solutions. You will do this with a focus on automation and systems monitoring, ensuring supportable and reliable operations. You will participate in IT projects, provide support, and consult with other members within IT including the Global Service Desk, Site IT Support, and Infrastructure Engineer job families.**Main Responsibilities.**- Perform troubleshooting and evaluation of tickets generated by the monitoring of global systems/networks.- Follow best practices outlined in knowledge articles.- Work with Global Infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.- Work with Infrastructure teams to create Knowledge Articles.**Qualifications.**- Bachelor's degree in systems administration or another computer-related field.- Fluent in written and spoken English- At least 2 years of experience working in an environment with a high ticket volume.- 2+ years of IT operations experience.- 2+ years system and networking administration experience.Benefits included will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process, like medical benefits, life insurance and more.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way: We partner with customers to create mutual value.
