Collaborating with internal teams to create seamless brand presence across platforms, this position will work closely in collaboration with the Senior Global Content & Communications Manager and Content & Communications Managers.**Responsibilities**:Lead and develop best-in-class content for both organic and paid distribution - including but not limited to digital, print, customer PowerPoint presentations, and video - to create a seamless brand presence across platforms. Work with internal content team members: Digital Platforms + CRM Manager, copywriter, photographers, videographer, graphic designer.Establish digital presence and lead content planning to support business objectives for assigned brands.Support creative reporting including quarterly creative reviews and real-time successes.**Qualifications**:Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, or Communications field2-3 years relevant work experience.Experience in the food service industryDetail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to handle a high-volume workloadExperience working with many cross-functional team members across the organizationBilingual in English and Spanish. Resumes must be submitted in English.Strong knowledge of native social insights tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and is able to adapt easily with platform changes.Willingness to react and respond in a timely mannerKeeps up-to-date with B2B and foodservice industry trends and new platform innovations.Preferred QualifcationsExperience working with multiple brands with unique styles and tones of voice.Familiar with social management and monitoring tools (Hootsuite, Crimson Hexagon, etc.)Knowledge of paid social analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)Cooking experience/food and ingredient knowledgeMcCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
