Copywriter / Content Writer - Senior

Sola Wood Flowers is looking for a senior content writer to join our team.We are flexible around experience level, and comfortable hiring someone with between 2 to 6 years of work experience. We are happy to help train you in this- This is a hybrid role. You’ll predominantly be working from home, but need to be within driving distance of our facility Monterrey, NL, MX.- Conduct basic analysis using Google Analytics, Facebook ads dashboards, etc to see if our content is converting. We are happy to help train you in this, but you should be excited to learn- Are able to provide references as requested. We do not want to waste your time or ours with a potential mishire. Our interview process is detailed & thorough.- No issue working 50+ hours routinely. You wouldn’t know what to do with your free time if you were working less.- Excellent cultural fit as per our values above.**Examples of What You’ll Be Doing**:- Preparing outlines of landing pages, including copy, for our design team to use.- Writing longform and short form blog articles, SEO optimized, for our website and offsite partners.- Analyzing performance across our site and ad channels to see what is working, and what isn’t.- Conducting and contributing to our customer research process.**How Our Hiring Works & How We Operate**:- When hiring, we’ll work with you to define the KPIs you’ll be responsible for and set targets. This removes ambiguity around wondering if you’re doing a good job after you start.- Initial soft interview, then a long-form live technical interview with the appropriate department. Our average time-to-hire from our first interview is ~8 - 10 days. We pride ourselves on timely responses and updates for applicants.- We run on EOS/Traction. If you’ve used Scaling Up or something like OKRs, you’ll likely slip into Traction easily If you haven’t used it before, we recommend quickly researching Traction.- We will walk you through the long-term vision and opportunities that have us excited about this business - and how you fit in.**How Much Does This Pay?**We are able to offer between up to $36,000 USD per year. Initial fixed compensation will be determined based on your existing _relevant_ experience. It’s a lot easier for us to start someone at a higher compensation level if they have experience in DTC/eCommerce because they can add value more quickly.**Salary**: Up to $677,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:- Monterrey, N.
