This role is responsible for ensuring high equipment uptime, robust process controls, and strong support for troubleshooting and technical challenges. The position also plays a key role in ramping up new production lines, driving productivity improvements and fostering a culture of safety first.**What You’ll Be Doing**- Process Engineering Management- Maintenance Management- Leadership & Team Development- Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis- Continuous Improvement & Cost Reduction**What We're Looking For**- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.- Strong knowledge of assembly line operations in a high-volume, complex manufacturing environment.- Proven ability to lead technical teams, implement process improvements, and manage cross-functional projects.- Solid understanding of maintenance systems, preventive/predictive maintenance, and related management software/tools.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.- Strong communication, leadership, and people development skills.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must**What You'll Get from Us**- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
