DRAZ & DOLCE is looking for an **experienced** marketing manager.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using analytics tools- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various marketing channels- Oversee the company's social media presence and develop strategies to increase engagement and followers- Manage the company's WordPress website, ensuring it is up-to-date with relevant content and optimized for SEO- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis- Create and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes**Requirements**:- **Minimum 5 years experience** in marketing and social media- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions- Familiarity with WordPress CMS and basic SEO principles- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously**Note: This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and requirements.
