Local Unit & Position Description:Supply Chain Audits in DNV consist of assurance services (certification excluded) based on recognized standards (e.g., SEDEX - SMETA and SVA, RBA, SLCP, IFS GM) or customized protocols (e.g., Code of Conduct and Own Policies) aimed at assessing the compliance of organizations' suppliers base to defined requirements on social responsibility (covering any or all: labor rights, human rights, occupational health and safety, environment and ethics based on local laws and international standards), quality and/or food safety.DNV Supply Chain seeks a **Technical Reviewer - Food and Beverage** to support contracts and international clients.Working with us, you will have the opportunity to interact with many excellent professionals spread throughout the America region and worldwide. Here at DNV, we make a difference.This position is preferred to be based out of DNV offices in Mexico City, MX.**What You’ll Do**- The areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, the following:- Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the quality requirements of the activity, the instructions of the line manager, and the procedures governing the activity- Perform technical reviews for the assigned schemes for clients working under US-based accreditations- Report back and revert non-compliances to relevant parties, including escalation when needed- Track overdue assigned tasks such as overdue audits, expiring certifications, upload of reports, completeness of audit records, etc.- Review of reports and verification of conformance with relevant ICPs/OPs.- Provide assistance in the form of issue resolution, as well as interpretation of relevant standards and requirements- Ensure that the independent nature of the certification scheme is never compromised.- This position also includes managing other technical tasks, including but not limited to managing external Databases, Waivers, External Witness and Office audits, Internal Witness Audits, CPD, New and Existing auditors, etc.- May require scheduling work as necessary depending on the client- Other duties assigned by managementPosition Qualifications:**What is required**- Bachelor’s Degree- 2+ years of Administrative Experience- Excellent Customer Service skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Acrobat- Proficient in Data Entry Processes- Strong written and verbal English communication skills- We conduct pre-hire background checks**What is Preferred**- Previous experience in technical review*Immigration-related employment benefits, for example, visa sponsorship, are not available for this position***How We Do It**We Care, We Dare, We ShareDNV is a proud equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
