Script Qc

The Script QC will be in charge of the correction of translated scripts and formatting of the scripts to send for recording.**DESCRIPTION**- Check fluency, translation, terms and nuances of translated scripts.- Perform translation tasks if needed.- Manage projects of intermediate-high complexity, or greater depending on the team’s needs.- Deliver according to the deadline set for each file/project.- Compile and send clear instructions and feedback to Head of QC according to each clients’ requests.- Access, download, organize and check material.- Resolve any technical issues or doubts that might arise during the project.- Receive and verify files according to the standards.- Register all the necessary information depending on the workflow in different shared tools within departments.- Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.- Be able to lead and coordinate with both in-house team and freelancers.**REQUIRED SKILLS**- Very good communication skills in **English**and **Spanish**, both written and verbal.- Attention to detail.- Highly organized.- Multi-tasking skills.- Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills- Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations.- Ability to work under pressure.**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**- Knowledge of the translation industry (Audiovisual field would be a plus).- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent related to languages, translations, audiovisual field or similar.- At least 2 years of experience on a related position.**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**- Computer savvy.
