Estamos buscando un **Deployment Training and Support Manager** para liderar la implementación de sistemas clave como Opera Cloud y CRS en las propiedades de una importante cadena hotelera. Este es un puesto **remoto** con un contrato temporal de **18 a 24 meses**.¿Qué harás en este rol?Como Deployment Training and Support Manager, serás fundamental para el éxito de nuestras implementaciones tecnológicas. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:- **Diseñar y mantener**una estrategia de despliegue estandarizada.- **Gestionar la creación**de materiales de capacitación efectivos.- **Capacitar**a los líderes de implementación en nuevas tecnologías.- **Supervisar**las cargas de trabajo y los recursos del equipo de implementación.- **Resolver proactivamente**riesgos y problemas durante los proyectos.- **Colaborar**con equipos globales y proveedores para cumplir con los tiempos y estándares.¿Qué buscamos en ti?Para destacar en este puesto, necesitas:- **Educación**: Licenciatura en Administración Hotelera, Sistemas de Información, Turismo o carrera afín.- **Certificaciones**: Certificaciones en gestión hotelera, tecnología o entrenamiento (deseable).- **Experiência**:- Más de 4 años de experiência operativa hotelera en distintas marcas/ubicaciones.- Más de 4 años trabajando con sistemas como **Opera Cloud, CRS, Colleague Advantage**.- Más de 2 años desarrollando programas de entrenamiento global.- **Idiomas**: Dominio fluido de **inglés y español**.- **Disponibilidad**: Para viajar internacionalmente (20% a 40%).- **Habilidades adicionales**: Capacidad de coordinación y liderazgo remoto con equipos multiculturales.¿Qué te ofrecemos?Valoramos tu experiência y te brindamos:- Un **sueldo competitivo**, negociable según tu experiência.- Un **contrato por proyecto** de 18 a 24 meses.- **Flexibilidad** de horario y ubicación.- Oportunidades de **crecimiento profesional**.- **Capacitación continua**.- **Viajes internacionales cubiertos**.Si estás listo para unirte a un equipo innovador y liderar proyectos estratégicos a nível global, queremos conocerteTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
