3. Objetivo del PuestoCoordinar junto a la gerencia la implementación y mantenimiento del sistema de gestión de seguridad,salud y medio ambiente en Dematic Monterrey, con los responsables operativos buscando un enfoquepreventivo, minimizando los riesgos de impacto a personas, ambiente, procesos y activos, alcanzando elcumplimiento corporativo y regulatorio aplicable.**We offer**:Asegurar la implementación de los lineamientos corporativos de EHSS de Dematic. - Asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio en aspectos de EHSS. - Monitorear continuamente el cumplimiento de KPIs de EHS en las áreas operativas. - Seguimiento al programa de salud ocupacional de planta Dematic. - Desarrollar competencia y conocimiento de EHS con las áreas operativas. - Investigación de incidentes de EHS (accidentes, first-aid, near miss). - Evaluación de actividades de alto riesgo (alturas, espacios confinados, trabajo en caliente, electricidad). - Líder de brigadas de primeros auxilios. - Evaluar a personal dematic/externo de síntomas relacionados a enfermedades generales. - Aplicar el código de compliance en sus actividades diarias. - Asegurar que los expedientes médicos estén actualizados, mediante revisiones mensuales**Tasks and Qualifications**:Detener la operación si existe riesgo a la integridad del personal o por incumplimiento de estándares de EHS aplicables. - Retirar de instalaciones a personal con síntomas respiratorios u otros que pongan en riesgo la continuidad de la operación. - Definir tratamiento médico según el tipo de incidente o enfermedad de colaboradores Dematic, contratistas y visitantes. - Definir restricciones de trabajo para personal vulnerable - Definir acciones correctivas y preventivas para evitar recurrencia en incidentes - Aprobar cambios de lay-out y/o reingenierías en procesos desde la perspectiva de EHS. - Sancionar a personal externo en caso de incurrir en alguna falta a las reglas de seguridad. - Reportar cualquier incumplimiento al código de compliance, normatividad en materia de calidad, seguridad, salud y medio ambiente. - Evaluar los resultados de evaluaciones médicas para decidir la contratación, aplicación de home office o trabajos restrictos.
