**Job Opening on Indeed****Position**: Finance Manager**Location**: Hermosillo, Sonora**Objective**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting to inform business decisions.- Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare detailed financial reports.- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage internal controls to mitigate financial risks.- Drive team leadership and development, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.- Engage with stakeholders to align financial goals with company objectives and report on financial performance.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CPA highly preferred.- At least 5 years of proven experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field.- Experience in leadership roles with strong managerial capabilities.- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:- In-depth understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.- Leadership qualities to mentor and develop a team of finance professionals.**Salary**: $35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
