Location: Remote for candidates in Colombia, Brazil, or Costa Rica Engagement: 6–12 months About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join the Genuine Analytics team. This team works with millions of users, rapidly testing across channels to educate and convert non-paid users into subscribers. As a Data Analyst on the Genuine Team, you will provide actionable insights on user behavior, product adoption, and conversion rates. Your work will directly inform digital campaigns, growth strategies, and business decisions. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities Identify business challenges and opportunities, providing solutions using data analysis and data mining. Support analytics for product usage, campaign performance, funnel metrics, segmentation, conversion, and revenue growth. Build ad-hoc analyses, dashboards, and long-term projects to measure progress and uncover new insights. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and analytical requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics solutions meet business needs. Present complex analyses in a clear and actionable way to senior leadership. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role 3+ years experience with Python , SQL , and visualization tools like Tableau , Looker , or Power BI Proven track record of data-driven decision making and problem solving Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong skills in BI tools and Excel (Power BI experience is a plus) Preferred / Bonus Qualifications Experience with data mining, supervised and unsupervised learning Knowledge of AWS, Spark, PySpark Familiarity with Airflow for workflow management Background in digital marketing, sales, or strategy Strong collaboration skills in a cross-functional, matrix environment Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology, Analyst, and Other Industries IT Services and IT Consulting, IT System Data Services, and IT System Operations and Maintenance #J-18808-Ljbffr
