Esta oportunidad es para ti Únete a nuestro equipo como Logistics Manager en MéxicoSerás responsable de supervisar y administrar la estrategia de importaciones, distribución y fullfilment a clientes nacionales, asegurando maximizar la eficiencia y la productividad de cada uno de los procesos.**¿Cuáles son sus principales tareas a desarrollar?**- Coordinar importaciones con agentes aduanales.- Controlar costos logísticos.- Negociar tiempos y precios de servicios con agentes aduanales.- Supervisar las actividades de operador logístico (3 PL) en función a los procedimientos establecidos por casa central.- Elaborar y realizar seguimiento SLA’s de clientes locales.- Coordinar servicio de fullfilment y logística interna para los canales de Retail, Wholesale e E-commerce, en función a los requerimientos de cada uno de los canales.- Elaborar reportes de KPIs de operaciones.- Supervisar los procedimientos de control de inventarios de cada una de las bodegas.- Elaborar políticas de mejora continua.- Liderar al equipo de operación y al de inventarios.**¿Cuáles son los requisitos?**- Experiência: 4-5 años en roles similares.- Formación en Ingeniería industrial, logística y/o carreras afines.- Conocimientos de Supply Chain, experiência en gestión de centro de distribución y almacenes en operaciones de Retail/Wholesale en el rubro têxtil.- Fullfilment para clientes Wholesale locales.- Manejo avanzado Excel- Conocimientos ERP.- Nível intermedio de Inglés.**¿Quiénes somos y qué ofrecemos?**BESTSELLER es una empresa multinacional del rubro de la moda, contamos con una amplia variedad de marcas, JACK & JONES, ONLY, NAME IT, VERO MODA, ofreciendo ropa y accesorios para mujeres, hombres, adolescentes y niños.Si buscas una emocionante oportunidad para crecer profesionalmente en la industria de la moda, queremos conocerteLI-onsite**ABOUT BESTSELLER LOGISTICS**:- BESTSELLER Logistics is responsible for all inbound and outbound logistics in BESTSELLER Group.
