Information Technology Work Location Type: On-site The Impact You'll Make:The Consultant - Vendor & Asset Management is responsible for managing vendor relationships related to WAN services, maintaining an accurate inventory of WAN assets, and optimizing vendor and asset management processes. What You'll Be Doing Manage relationships with internet service vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations and performance-related issues. Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and address any gaps or areas for improvement. Support Procurement in Negotiation of contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal service delivery. Asset Management: Tracking leased lines, bandwidth contracts, circuits, CPE (routers, modems, etc.) provided by ISPs. Maintaining an inventory of service IDs, IP ranges, and billing accounts. Monitoring lifecycle of contracts: renewals, upgrades, cancellations. Conduct regular audits of WAN assets to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper asset allocation, utilization, and security. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 years of experience in vendor management, asset management, or procurement, preferably in a network services environment. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network technologies, and vendor management best practices. Experience with asset management tools and systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
