At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Currently we are looking for our next:**Global Proc Assoc Analyst****Which is the main objective of this role?**Ensure and monitor that GP managed suppliers comply with the guidelines of the specialized services policy to guarantee that PepsiCo Mexico Foods complies with Mexican regulation. This role is responsible for supporting the MSO and COE Category Leads in the compliance process.**What will you be doing?**- Support the specialized service providers regularization process- Manage and update the control matrix of specialized service providers (Executer)- Collect REPSE document from new suppliers (Executer)- Create contract amendments for current suppliers identified as specialized service providers with an actual contract in place (executer)- Manage the signing of template contracts for new providers classified as specialized services (executer)- Register new specialized service providers in the EY tool. (Executer)- Monitor the training of new providers of specialized services (Executer - Being Informed)- Support suppliers with doubts related to uploading documentation (Executer - Being Informed)- Connect with PepsiCo’s specialized services team to deploy changes that needs to be done in the supplier management process.
