**Key Responsibilities**:- **Production Coordination**:- Monitor and analyze production metrics, including costs and delivery times.- Coordinate material and component availability to ensure production continuity.- **Inventory Management**:- Supervise and maintain adequate inventory levels to avoid shortages or excesses.- Make resource engagement decisions based on the severity of production/shipping issues (e.g., safety, quality, or shipment impact).- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:- Interact effectively with all levels of the organization.- Lead communication and resolution efforts during production or shipping challenges.**Skills and Competencies**:- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret production data and drive improvements.**Position Overview**:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role will be key in ensuring seamless production operations, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and collaborating across departments to meet organizational goals.**Qualifications**:- Completed degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).- 2-3 years of experience in the automotive or metal-mechanical industry.- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.- Strong understanding of raw material production, shipping, and inventory control.
