C3 AI has an opening for a **Senior Financial Analyst** located onsite at our offices in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a strategic partner to our functional managers and support initiatives at C3 AI. We are looking for an analytical, self-motivated individual who is experienced working in a high-growth environment without a direct onsite manager. The reporting manager will be located at the Company's headquarters in Redwood City. The ideal person will balance a positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to roll-up-their sleeves, allowing them to seamlessly function as a strong individual contributor, project leader, and team player. This role will report directly to the Vice President of FP&A.**Please note this role is located onsite, full-time at our Guadalajara office.****Responsibilities include**:- Partner closely with business leaders to drive successful outcomes.- Provides complex, financial analysis for a financial function or a business.- Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.- Provides analytics to business initiatives, typically representing a sub-function within finance for a particular business.- Supports policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities.- Identifies issues and proposes solutions.- Represents finance on cross-functional teamwork.- Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.**Requirements**:- 5+ years of relevant experience.- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study.- A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.- Experience with high-growth companies, ideally in the Software SaaS/PaaS industry.- Experience with banking or other analytical-heavy Companies- Efficient and accurate in day-to-day responsibilities, but adaptable to changing priorities as they arise.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Very high attention to detail, process-oriented, and systems savvy.- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.- Experience in NetSuite is a plus.- Must be able to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize work assignments for efficiency.- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work as part of a team.- Ability to deliver results and meet expectations in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision while delivering high-quality output on time.- Ability to travel to Company's headquarters in Redwood City on an as-needed basis.C3 AI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
