Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a_ Production Manager _located in_ Guadalajara, North Campus.- Reporting to the Director, Operations_ and Responsible for directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in the following areas of a manufacturing department; multi-level assembly, electronic card/system testing and quality assurance to attain production goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.What a typical day looks like:- Directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in the following areas of a manufacturing department.- Directs department activities to design new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures.- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements.- Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Bachelor´s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or related.- Operations experience (mechanical metal area).- Demonstrates mastery of expertise in multiple areas and industry.- Ability to define and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.- Ability to collect data, establish facts, interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, and draw valid conclusions.- Demonstrates experience in performance development, teaching/leading, mentoring and/or organization development. Supports strategic direction for the function.
