Bilingual Customer Service Representative

CondeLeon Investment Group is hiring bilingual customer service representatives for our marketing and sales departments.We are a real estate acquisitions company based out of Raleigh, North Carolina, USA with our focus in residential real estate.Requirements:- Prior sales and customer service experience + skills are required.- A strong internet connection and reliable computer.- No distractions whatsoever + controlled environment to ensure maximum productivity & efficiency.- Fluent in advanced English language (Both written and verbal)- Excellent communication skills especially on the phones.- 100% comfortable with speaking to potential sellers, etc. on a daily basis. This is mandatory- Responsible, Punctual, and Committed.- Willing to learn and train on a daily basis.- Must be disciplined & able to commit to our working schedule of M-F 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST.- Willing to undergo 2 weeks non-paid training period + 30 day trial period (paid but might not be employed past the 30 days if metrics are not hit).Salary**:$1,200 - 1,400 USD per month salary **with potential of bonuses per metric hit.**Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to undergo 2 weeks non-paid training period in order to gain full-time long term guaranteed employment.?- Are you able to commit to our working schedule which is M-F 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST?**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)- Sales: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
