These experiences celebrate individuality and leave a lasting impression for customers and their loved ones.**Role Description**In the context of our expansion in North America, Iris Galerie Mexico is seeking a bookkeeper to work directly with the General Accountant.Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct ledger accounts- Conduct reconciliation of bank, credit cards and all accounts on a needed basis- Process accounts receivable/payable al in a timely manner- Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner - Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations- Knowledge of handling transactions in multiple currencies, including exchange rate management**Skills and Qualifications**:- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus**Job Type**: Part timePay: Attractive remunerationLegal benefitsBenefits: Work in a international environment where diversity is encouragedEducation: Bachelor's Degree (preferred)Experience: Business development: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: Playa del CarmenTipo de puesto: Medio tiempoSueldo: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Incluye fines de semanaEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Contabilidad general: 2 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
