ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMTelevisaUnivision’s Marketing team is currently seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Team Leader producer.ABOUT YOU:You are experienced and passionate for promoting Spanish-language content, the individual must have a digital/social first mentality and skill set, competitive mindset, always looking for new and innovative strategies that thrive in today’s market.YOUR DAY - DAY:- _ Coordinate and organize the creative team's routine._- _ Organize material folders and worksheets_- _ Support for creative team_- _ Handle approvals and changes with other teams_- Stay alert to monthly priorities and calendars to guide the creative team- Have good communications with all teams in order to get assets or materials for the creative team- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adjust to last-minute programming changes with ease- Ability to analyze research and insights and adjust creative based on performance on quantitative dataYOU HAVE:- 1+ Streaming experience- Campaign experience with a proven track record of developing quality marketing content with an eye for good taste.- Strong understanding of production and post production processes- Strong Spanish-language copywriting skills- Experience with social media promotional strategy, trends, and online marketing campaigns- Excellent PowerPoint/Keynote design presentation skills- Bilingual (English and Spanish)- Be proactive- Software / Tools: Slack, Monday, Teams, Sharepoint, Microsoft officeUnivision es un empleador que ofrece equidad e igualdad de oportunidades.
