Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to join our Platform Applications and Components team. In this role you will provide technical leadership for both front‑end and back‑end development, troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration with our systems. Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of JavaScript‑based application frameworks and components. Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues within the application frameworks, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the application frameworks with other systems and components. Optimize the performance of the application frameworks, improving speed, scalability, and reliability. Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends and best practices in our core technology stack, and recommend and implement improvements. Mentor and train junior team members, sharing expertise and knowledge. Participate in design and architecture discussions, providing technical insights and recommendations. Contribute to documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and release notes. Assist in planning and executing software releases to ensure smooth deployment. Collaborate with the QA team to meet required quality standards and conduct thorough testing. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. Qualifications & Experience 2‑3 years of experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on web development frameworks. Excellent understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Proficient English skills (oral and written). Experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions. Hands‑on experience troubleshooting and optimizing the performance of complex web applications. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and best practices. Experience integrating application frameworks with backend systems and services. Contact Questions?
