Insurance company seeking for a CX Sub-Director**Your new company**:LATAM Insurance company who offers an extended variety of products for a multisegmented target market.**Your new role**: As CX/Operations Sub-Director, you will be in charge of supervising the concrete delivery of our services, including personalized CX and administrative tasks within service delivery and internal operations. You will be in charge of improving standardized KPIs such as NPS and creating new indicators for a better suited operation.**What you'll need to succeed**: Previous experience leading a large operation related to CX (Within the Insurance industry), using your strong knowledge of insurance products to deliver a better experience within a large client portfolio and distributors. Strong managing experience managing; previous Manager/ Sr. Manager experience.
