WORK ENVIRONMENT Hybrid: This role is hybrid and associate is expected to be in office – few days a week MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or Agile project delivery. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile. • Proven experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and stakeholder engagement. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product success. • Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana. • Ability to analyze product metrics and user feedback. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification. • Experience with enterprise product development and lifecycle management. • Background in business analysis or software development. • Familiarity with Agile scaling frameworks and enterprise Agile transformation. • Experience in stakeholder reporting and cost modeling.
