Because our focus is not only on nourishing our customers, but also about enriching you.Position Summary:The Lead Project Manager/Scrum Master facilitates agile and hybrid project management processes, driving team efficiency and effective delivery of digital commerce technology projects.Primary Responsibilities:- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, retrospective, and other agile-related meetings.- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in both agile and hybrid project environments.- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and milestones are met.- Identify, analyze, and remove impediments to team progress in all types of project environments.- Foster collaboration and communication between team members, stakeholders, and other internal and external parties.**Requirements**:- Experience in agile project management and Scrum methodologies.- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.- Understanding of digital commerce technology.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Adaptability to different project management methodologies.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.- Nice to have: Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
