Come join our team at MAHLE #StrongerTogether- Contribute with the Controller to maintain an information system that allows making decisions in a timely manner through the preparation of budgets and financial analysis.- Your Role & Responsibilities:- Coordinate, manage and standardize accounting records.- Review and approval of Cost and Profit Center accounting records entries in order to ensure their accuracy and compliance with local and corporate accounting standards.- Month End Closed preparation and Variance analysis.- Review and prepare analysis of financial statements, cost centers and accounts.- Support for Internal and External Audits.- Works closely with Managers of Central Service Functions such as Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, HR & Accounting on establishing their budgets and supports them on multiple financial topics that impact the Service organization.- Coordinate the Forecast and Budget process for MSSM Services, Analyze the Forecast and Budget data for accuracy and consistency.- Prepare and analyze the Allocations to the North American Business Units and Profit Centers for MSSM Services.- Performing month end close responsibilities; post journal entries, accruals analysis and report financials in global consolidating ERP (MARS).- Directing preparation of studies, reports and analysis in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, statistical reports, cash flow projections and business forecasts.- Administration of local insurances and bonds for Mexican entities and coordinate data collection and other requests for insurance brokers.- Track capital expenditures for the Service entity according to budget.- Limited travel to MAHLE locations in North America.- Other duties may be assigned.- Your Skills & Strengths:- Bachelor’s Degree on Public Accountant, or Finance Background.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%.- 5+ years in similar position.- Good communication and organizational skills.- Work under pressure.- Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented.- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is preferred.- Have a high sense of responsibility for the correct administration of each of their activities.- Strong analytical and financial analysis abilities.**Do you have any questions?**Facts about the job**Entry level**:- Experienced hires**Part- / Full-time**:- Full Time**Functional area**:- Finance Accounting & Controlling**Department**:Services**Location**:Monterrey, MX**Company**:MAHLE Shared Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V.Your future at MAHLEAs a team player and someone who thinks ahead, you can deploy all your skills with us.
