Somos un puente de oportunidad laboral especialistas en identificar, y vincular profesionales con empresas internacionales en México, LATAM y USA.Estamos en búsqueda de talento para la posición**:IT Project Manager****Experiência**:- +5 años de experiência directa en gestión de proyectos de tecnología.- Experiência en proyectos de migración; preferencia por experiência con SharePoint.- Sólido entendimiento de sistemas TI, gestión de datos y flujos de migración.- Fuerte capacidad organizativa y habilidad para gestionar múltiples flujos de trabajo simultáneamente.- Experiência demostrada redactando documentos de gobernanza, políticas, materiales de capacitación y planes de proyecto.- Capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con equipos internos, proveedores externos y stakeholders de nível senior.- **Responsabilidades**:- Liderar y gestionar el proceso completo de migración, asegurando que todas las fases —desde el descubrimiento hasta la transición— se entreguen de forma exitosa y dentro del cronograma.- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos de TI, stakeholders del negocio y proveedores externos para definir requisitos, establecer plazos y garantizar una ejecución fluida.- Identificar, evaluar y documentar los requisitos de migración, incluyendo sistemas, datos y flujos de trabajo.- Aplicar experiência en migraciones de **SharePoint** para guiar buenas prácticas y evitar riesgos comunes; conocimiento de **iManage** es un plus (se puede ofrecer capacitación).- Desarrollar y mantener la gobernanza del proyecto: documentación, políticas, mecanismos de seguimiento y rutas de escalación.- Facilitar una comunicación clara entre equipos multifuncionales y liderazgo; asegurar visibilidad sobre avances, riesgos y dependencias.- Conducir sesiones de capacitación o reuniones de transferencia de conocimiento relacionadas con nuevos sistemas o cambios derivados de la migración.- Impulsar tareas a la ejecución, establecer expectativas, monitorear el progreso y asegurar que los entregables cumplan con los estándares establecidos de calidad y tiempo.- Preparar informes de estatus, logs de acciones y documentación del proyecto según se requiera.**Idioma**:Inglés avanzado conversacional (interactúa de manera efectiva con equipos internacionales)**Zona de trabajo**: Remoto**Duración**: Basada en el alcance del proyecto**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo competitivo.- IMSS- Aguinaldo- Vacaciones- Seguro de vida- Seguro de gastos funerarios- Gastos médicos mayores- Plan dental- Gastos médicos menoresSi cumples con el perfil, envía tu CV al correo señalado, mencionando expectativas económicas y en asunto el nombre de la vacante
