This team is committed to continuous improvement in how software is developed and it hires likeminded individuals that thrive in such an environment.We are looking for a Software Development Engineer Senior who will:- Utilize storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps for illustrating design concepts.- Create unique graphic designs and develop UI mockups and prototypes to showcase site functionality and appearance.- Identify and address UX issues throughout the development process.- Engage in agile software development, encompassing design, development, and deployment.- Oversee technical, functional, and visual aspects of ongoing software development.- Offer guidance to architects in constructing optimized end-to-end systems for speed and scalability.- Utilize Java, React, and JavaScript primarily in development tasks.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising designers, developers, product owners, and test engineers to establish dependable APIs.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience- +2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer for mobile and web platforms, or equivalent experience- Proficiency in Java, React, and JavaScript, with expertise in debugging and optimization- Familiarity with Sketch, InVision, HTML, Visio, iOS, Android, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.Our Guiding Principles- Impact_Always help and empower others, whether they’re colleagues or customers.
