Project Manager

Join Vonage and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide The Marketing Operations Project Manager drives organized, on-time execution of marketing and cross-functional initiatives by managing project workflows, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring alignment across teams. This role strengthens operational efficiency through structured processes, centralized planning, and consistent stakeholder coordination. Why this role matters: Your key responsibilities: Project management for a range of Marketing, Marketing Operations, and cross-functional business projects. Lead status meetings, record action items, document owners, and drive follow up. Send weekly project status updates to key teams and stakeholders Maintain a holistic marketing calendar for real-time use across departments Document processes to build the Marketing Operations team’s knowledge base Manage assigned work items and communicate critical information to stakeholders to keep projects on timelines and within budget Coordinate closely with multiple Marketing teams as well as cross functional department stakeholders What you’ll bring: A growth mindset with a willingness to learn new skills and a proactive attitude Task management: identify, define, and coordinate tasks across multiple initiatives Scope management: ensure all required work is identified to complete work successfully Time management: manage the timely completion of initiatives and tasks to timelines Quality management: document policies, objectives, processes, and responsibilities Communication management: take notes, ensure timely and appropriate communication of critical initiative information to the appropriate stakeholders Stakeholder management: identify teams impacted, analyze stakeholder expectations, and develop strategies to engage stakeholders on decisions and execution effectively Required: Experience Minimum 1 year of Project Management experience Minimum 1 year of Marketing campaign & strategy experience Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, documents, and trackers Demonstrable cross-functional collaboration skills Clear examples of proficiency in work prioritization & time management Experience with project management software & process documentation software Comfortable utilizing Monday.com and Jira Soft skills Situational analysis & Communication - Written & Verbal Negotiation & conflict resolution Communication - Written & Verbal Task Management & Prioritization What we consider a plus: Experience with Leandata, ZoomInfo, Drift, Gong Engage, Zapier, Tableau, Highspot Where you will work: We are open to considering fully remote candidates located within Mexico.
