Work you’ll do/Responsibilities As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. Qualifications Required • 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience. • Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry. • Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks. • Advanced English level. Preferred • 2–3-years of experience in Production support for L1-L2 tickets on Manhattan WMS solution (preferably MAWM or Active version). • Warehouse functional knowledge in: Receiving, Shipping, Order Management, Inventory Management, Labor Standards and Fulfilment. • Experience using analytics and metrics to assess warehouse processes and operational performance to identify and quantify improvement opportunities. • 1-2 full lifecycle Manhattan WMS implementation experience. • Experience working in a consulting firm delivering supply chain services in a client environment • Experience working with cross-functional / extended teams. • Critical thinking, analytics and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Advanced Degree in Supply Chain or Business (MBA) with an operations research or supply chain emphasis.
