**Customer Service Coordinator**- Licenciatura o Ingeniería afín a la posición (titulado)- **Inglés Avanzado (INDISPENSABLE)**:- Experiência de 3 a 5 años en servicio al cliente en el Sector Automotriz y en procesos de manufactura- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo- Destrezas en planificación, organización y gestión del tiempo.- Dominio de aplicaciones de bases de datos y sistemas de gestión, en particular Microsoft Office.**Responsabilidades del puesto**:- Genera plan de embarques diariamente- Supervisa todos los portales de clientes respecto a las demandas o requerimientos- Garantizar un suministro adecuado de contenedores a través de inventarios semanales- Supervisar las actividades en embarques y las actividades de los cargadores/receptores- Adherirse a todas las políticas, procedimientos e instrucciones de la empresa- El titular es responsable de la sensibilización, comprensión, responsabilidades específicas y aplicación del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (SME) como se establece en la política CEVPL.00005 del SME- Presentar ideas y ayudar a su superior en el proceso de mejora continua- Atender a los clientes en requisitos normales y especiales- Desarrollo de sistemas de actividades de Calidad y Medio Ambiente para alcanzar los objetivos de ambos sistemas, así como el conocimiento de estas políticas- Elaborar un plan de apoyo para mejorar y mantener el sistema de calidad.**Contamos con**:- Fondo de Ahorro- Vales de Despensa- Prima Vacacional 60%- Aguinaldo 31 días- Vacaciones de acuerdo a la ley- UniformesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $38,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
