  • Analizar y evaluar el desempeño de las operaciones locales, las tendencias y perspectivas de desarrollo del mercado, la situación competitiva y las actividades potenciales de los competidores.
  • Gestionar, controlar y asegurar una mejora continua de las áreas funcionales y la excelencia operativa general.
  • Planificar y pronosticar el volumen, la capacidad y el desarrollo de las operaciones en un entorno dinámico, de acuerdo con los objetivos establecidos, el clima económico y la situación del mercado.
  • Reportar a la sede central sobre el desempeño de las operaciones y el progreso de la ejecución de la estrategia de manera regular.

Requerimientos de la vacante

  • Experiencia comprobada como director de operaciones, director de operaciones o puesto de liderazgo similar. Experiencia en planificación estratégica y desarrollo de negocios.
  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y organización.
  • Excelente nivel de inglés.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y liderar un equipo diverso.
  • Flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptación a entornos que cambian rápidamente.
  • Capacidad para pensar estratégicamente y traducir estrategias en planes viables.
  • Familiaridad con las normas de la industria y los estándares de calidad.
