DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.LI-HybridTeam Overview:Role Responsibilities:- Collaborate with HQ: Maintain strong relationships with HQ product teams to adapt products to local service governance needs.- Market Intelligence: Execute comprehensive market studies or surveys, providing insightful reports.- Develop engaging presentations for various projects.- Manage procurement processes: ensuring smooth payments, supplier onboarding/offboarding, and budget management. To the vendors supporting our processes- Lead Project Execution: Oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional outcomes.- Analytical Excellence: Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover efficiencies and enhance processes.Role Qualifications:- At least 2+ years of data analytics, product, Finance, business consulting, investment banking or operations management experience.- Data science, engineering, economics or other analytically-focused academic background. All backgrounds are welcome if you see yourself suitable in a highly analytic environment.- Experience with data-based decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team. Previous professional experience in tech companies, or analytical and operational roles is preferred.- Advanced knowledge in Excel is a must.- Demonstrated experience using programming languages or tools for data extraction and analysis such as SQL (a must), Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc.- Experience and knowledge in the implementation of automation strategies will be highly valued.- Great attitude and hands-on approach.- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed and eager to take ownership of tasks.- Proficiency in English & Spanish.- Strong verbal and written communications skills.- Detail-oriented, hands-on and strong teamwork mindset.
