Client: Our client is one of the leading Reinsurance service providers across the globe.Project overview: DataArt was selected as a key technology partner in the realization of the client's IT modernization roadmap in 2023 and beyond. DataArt provides development squads working on some key components of the roadmap.- Responsibilities: Become a Core of the future squad from technical and leadership perspective. Play key role in technical and architecture decision, run and supervise the team- Design and prototype technical solutions- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect- Back-end and API development skills in Python- Experience working with AWS technologies (RDS, Lambdas, DynamoDB, etc.)- Ability to define high-level solutions and system architectures and understand how various components of the architecture interact- Ability to communicate with business stakeholders, understand business pain points and requirements and translate these into winning solutions- Strong understanding of information systems, key technologies, and their limitations- Experience with multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments across various domains- Ability to analyze other developers' code using basic reverse engineering techniques- Experience conducting code reviews- Experience understanding and documenting functional and technical requirements plus the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations- Ability to communicate technical requirements and transfer knowledge to a project team, communicate effectively with project managers and team leaders, and guide and coach team members in developing technical solutions- Strong organizational and self-motivation skills
