**Lugar**:Fab Chiapa de Corzo**Propósito de la posición**:Coordinar la implementación de Management Practices* en los diferentes níveles de gestión de fabrica (FLT, LLTs, GTs) para la eliminación de pérdidas y Mejora Contínua de resultados, asegurando la correcta aplicación de los ciclos SDCA y PDCA a partir del desarrollo de personas en resolución de problemas y gestión de proyectos. Soporta el área de producción para la mejora de los Manufacturing Standards (Maquina, Material, Mano de Obra y Energía) para lograr de manera integral la excelencia operativa en términos de confiabilidad de información, capacidad productiva, performance, costos y servicio.**Conocimientos / experiência requerida**:- ** Profesional Universitario titulado**en Ingeniería Industrial, Química o Mecánica.- 2 a 3 años de experiência como responsable de ejecutar actividades de mejora continua en producción- Liderazgo de proyectos y metodologias de mejora contínua que involucren grupos multifuncionales.- Conocimiento en procesos de Supply Chain y Planeación de Producción y sus herramientas- Aplicación de herramientas NCE (Industrial Performance, Focus Improvement, Goal ALignment, TPM y Lean)- Coordinación de Producción, Costos, Calidad y/o Mantenimiento- Experiência con la metodología **TPM**:- ** Inglés**:Intermedio/Avanzado****UN DÍA EN LA VIDA DE**1. Implementación Pragmática de Management PracticesImplementar los conceptos, herramientas y mejores práticas de Goal Alignment (GA), Focus Improvement (FI) e Industrial Performance (IP) en fabrica de forma pragmática y efectiva buscando sinergías entre las areas funcionales para la eliminación de pérdidas y resultados sostenibles.2. Creación de Competencias GA/FI/IP y soporte funcional a Manufactura/Producción.Entrenar y dar coaching en los sistemas, prácticas y herramientas de Goal Alignment, Focus Improvement e Industrial Performance (Management Practices), impulsando una cultura de Mejora Contínua en fábrica.3. Gestión y Asignación de Proyectos (Belts/Lean Six Sigma y/o Proyectos Estrategicos de Fabrica).Liderar y/o dar coaching a proyectos e iniciativas de Mejora Contínua en fabrica, desde la definición*, planeación, ejecución (medicion, analisis e implementación) hasta la entrega de resultados y control (estandarización/sostenimiento y capacitación), asegurando la correcta gestión de proyectos en los diferentes níveles de gestión de fabrica (FLT o LLT).4. Conocer e identificar los peligros y riesgos de las áreas de trabajo, cuidando de mi seguridad y de las personas a mí alrededor, así como aplicar las normas y protocolos de seguridad establecidos para prevenir accidentes.5. Conocer y Cumplir con el Código Internacional de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) sobre la Comercialización de Sucedáneos de la Leche Materna, las Instrucciones Nestlé y la Política de Nestlé sobre la Comercialización de Sucedáneos de la Leche Materna, cualquier enmienda y regulación gubernamental relevante en cada una de las actividades inherentes a las funciones de este puesto.
