In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to Procurement Director, you as a Indirect Procurement - Sourcing Manager will be responsible for Manages a small team of indirect procurement associates to deliver optimal vendor/supplier pricing and service to the business. Manages current processes and be a spokesperson for the indirect procurement organization. Understand where, how and when indirect procurement can deliver value to the business.About the job:- Coaches and manages the work activities and has full management accountability for the performance and development of team.- Leads procurement projects that affect current processes and/or suppliers/vendors. Supports cross-functional activities with engineering, manufacturing, and business unit projects.- Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet procurement objectives that support the business. Ensures that the team maintains proper controls for procurement of goods and services.- Drives global equipment categories, leveraging global scale and bringing competitiveness to each operating region.- Key negotiator to drive value in a category by developing a category strategy that puts Littelfuse in a favorable position.- Other duties as assigned.- Location: RemoteAbout you:- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline required. Advanced degree is preferred.- Minimum of six years of experience in procurement, purchasing, project management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.- English Fluent - Profesional- People management experience.- Proficient in strategic sourcing process for indirect procurement; ideally leading or supporting operational and plant support categories like spare parts, capital and Equipment.- Skilled negotiator and results oriented.- Understanding of market movement.- Experience in spend and cost analysis, strong analytical skills and business acumen.- Self-motivated and assertive with internal and external contacts.- Ability to lead though influence.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
