This position have the full scope of the functions HR, Accounting, Taxation, Facility Management, Procurement, IT Operations, Facility Operations, Quality and Health, Safety & Environmental protection, based on standards & governance provided by the relevant CxO functions as well as basd on guidance by the Global Site Management function.**Your tasks/Responsibilities**:- Co-determines Site Mangement strategy based on strategy of Division & HR and defines priorities for operationalization/strategic measures within the Site. Develops & co-decides on local Site Management footprint.- Provides leadership to all subordinated functions; e.g. Human Resources, Facility Management (IT, Procurement, Facility Operations), Quality and Healt, Safety & Environmental Protection.- Implements and consistantly applies all relevant Grovernance Standards & Rules as well as processes prvided by LEONI's BIC Cloud as well as by external parties; e.g. IATF, ISO/TS, etc.- Ensures compliance with law, Company's policies & Company Regulations on country level and takes responsibility to manage claims related to integrity- Defines targets & drives performance incl. cost efficeincy, service quality & optimization within the areas of resposnibility by actively tracking conitnous improvements based on KPI's.- Identifies, tracks & mitigates risks, truns oppertunities into success and monitors continously the development in both dimensions.- Assures cocnsistent Site Management Services and Governance across all locations which are subordinated to the Site.- Represents LEONI - internally and externally - on country level.- Maitains constructive labor relations and establishes a trustful collaboration towards employee representations and/or unions- Manages employee information and consistant communication.- Enables cooperation between the sites and supports cross-site management circle information/best practice exchange.- Assumes legal, financial and operational responsibility for Service Center Sites**Your Profile**:- Bachelor's Degree preferably in engineering is a plus a master's degree.- At least 5 years of experience in a similarly position.- Experience in Finance and Budgeting.- Experience in Resources Management.- Experience in Plant Management.- Strong competence: Communication, Leadership, Conflict Management, Team Work, Chande Management and Social & intercultural sensitivity.- Business fluent language skills in English.
