Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:R&D Department Lead México**Your role and responsibilities**In this role, you will have the opportunity to create products, systems, services, or technologies for ABB’s business units. Each day, you will facilitate the end-to-end execution of one or more Research and Development projects. You will also showcase your expertise by achieving associated milestones, targets, and desired outcomes.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the R&D area in the Electrical Distribution Systems division in San Luis Potosi.You will be mainly accountable for:- Leads and supports local and cross-functional project teams in projects with limited complexity and / or sub-projects of a complex project.- Motivates and monitors internal and/or external resources (budget/headcount) to accomplish all committed targets.- Fosters a positive team environment, technical excellence, and continuous attention to quality and built-in quality practices.- Ensure objectives, priorities, key decisions, and status are effectively communicated to all stakeholders.- Leads Dayly/Monthly projects advance communication meetings, manages Minute of Meetings and follow to agreed actions..**Qualifications for the role**- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical Engineering- 7+ Years Experience in electrical industry with at least 4 years managing projects- Financial concepts understanding.(forescast & budget)- MS Project (or similar PM software), Excel and ERP (SAP, others) experience- Advaced English and Ability to travel 30% national and international (USA VISA desirable)- PMI/PMBOK knowledge and experience, PMP certification (desirable).- Strong electrical and electronic knowledge, and understanding of UL, ANSI, and IEEE standards (preferred)**Benefits**- Dental insurance- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)
