As part of Service Department, based in Mexico City, you will be responsible for our “Post Sales Service” in Mexico.**The job**To become successful, reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities and tasks as Field Technical Service Representative will include, among others:- Responsible for service our analyzers and IT solutions.- Conduct preventive maintenance in our analyzers install base.- Responsible for achieve service goals cooperating with the team.- Manages positive customer relationships.- Achieve service targets as service contracts and new digital services.- Plan, organize, execute and follow up customers call visits.- Installation of instruments and customers use training.- Develops strong partnerships with sales team to aid in anticipating potential customer issues and uncover additional selling opportunities in accounts.- Performs on-call duties to cover weekends and overnights.- Compliance with all regulatory and company required documentation and service work orders.**Qualifications**"Constructive Diversity" is one of our core values, and we believe that human diversity creates a dynamic and creative environment. However, we believe that the following formal qualifications will improve your chances of success:- Have a university degree in Engineering or other Technical career (Biomedical, Electronics, Mechanics,)- Fluently speak Spanish and English.- Manage IT tools, CRM and office (excel, word, power point).Desirable:- IT skills and knowledge as SQL database, Java, Mirth.- Post Sales Service experience and knowledge in healthy/hospitals sector.Taking responsibility as well as being engaged and committed about what you do as is:- Be willing and open to learn and look for continuous improvement.- Be creative at the same time as analytic and organized.- Be customer focus.- Have a “digital” mindset.- Have good communication skills.- Be a self-motivated person with management by objectives.Organizational skills.- Communication skills, keeping always an attitude of service using active listening and empathy with colleagues and customers.- Service aptitude and attitude.- Be willing to travel through Mexico and Latin America.
