**Job Summary****Education & Experience Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.**Responsibilities**- ** Dashboard Development**: Expertise in designing and building interactive dashboards and reports for data visualization.- ** Data Analysis**: Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and derive actionable insights.- ** Product Management**: Experience in managing product development lifecycle, including ideation, planning, and execution.- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Ability to work with various teams such as development, Business, and boundary systems to align product features with customer needs.- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey data insights and product visions to stakeholders.- ** Problem-solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to address business challenges using data-driven approaches.- Defines and documents product requirements, user stories, and epics and works closely with the agile team to execute on the product backlog.**Knowledge & Skills**- Product Owner- Agile Methodology- Automation- Computer Science- SDLC process- Software Engineering- SQL (Programming Language)**Additional Experience & Skills preferred**- Gainsight experience as end-user or any UI reporting tool exposure like PowerBI, Thoughtspot- SQL Proficiency: Ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.- Customer-facing experience, especially as a Customer Success Manager- Experience interacting with senior leadership and managers- Experience in operations for customer success, sales, support, services, or marketing- Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database management- Good to have experience as end-user of a CRM, customer support system, or marketing automation system- Good to have CRM administration experience or certification**Cross-Org Skills**- Effective Communication- Results Orientation- Learning Agility- Digital Fluency- Customer Centricity**Impact & Scope**Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.**Complexity**Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
