We are seeking a skilled Test Equipment Engineer / Section Manager (TE) to join our team in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute test plans and procedures to ensure product quality and performance. Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and reports. Troubleshoot and resolve testing equipment and PC malfunctions. Perform set‑up, operation, maintenance, modification, and calibration of testing equipment. Adjust equipment and update programs to maintain required tolerances. Identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes. Ensure equipment uptime meets or exceeds department standards. Organize and prioritize workloads effectively. Provide guidance and leadership to technicians and operators. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 3–5 years of experience within the electronics industry. Proven experience as a Test Engineer in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry. Hands‑on experience with LitePoint IQ series (Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth testers). Proficiency with R&S CMW500 for RF/cellular testing. Strong background in test station setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Knowledge of wireless product testing and calibration processes.
