Sales Services Manager, Strategic Field Operations

AstraZeneca is on the lookout for an experienced Sales Services Manager to join our Data Management & Operations team within Strategic Field Operations. This role is an outstanding chance to lead multiple tools and processes, supporting field-based employees across various units. You will be responsible for continuously evolving capabilities, identifying innovative strategies, and ensuring representative field readiness.Accountabilities:Essential Skills/Experience:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; preferably in a relevant field.- 5+ years pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, Field Support Services experience preferred.- 5+ years of Data Management and/or related experience.- Experience working in a Data Management, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and/or Analytics environment.- Experience in Supporting Field Force is plus.- Experience across the product life cycle (emerging, launch, in-line, mature).When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to encourage life-changing medicines.
